Leadership plays a very important role in the development of an organization. An entity cannot function effectively, for very long, without a leader to direct its purposes. The success or failure of an organization largely depends on the character of the leader. No simple leadership style is ideal as one “hopefully” adopts a different style for different situations and occasions.

Leaders possess skills and talents that enable them to influence people. These skills and talents are not usually instinctive they must be developed. Everything God gives us is in seed form. An on/off-site retreat conducted over a 1 to 3 day period. The retreat focuses on developing the direction for the organization/family, developing a 1, 3, 5, 20 year goals plan. Monthly follow up reviews for the team to hold them accountable and keep them on track to success. Mission - Vision - Values - Purpose Statements to encourage and motivate volunteers, clients employees, and congregations to action.

INDIVIDUALLY OPTIMIZED
Participants look at all areas of their life, identify their top values and complete a personal mission statement. They establish a master list of objectives then become skilled at how to achieve these objectives and set up a 10-20 year personal strategic plan. Participants understand the things that distract them from meeting their aspirations and how to avoid or handle them powerfully.
