We tend to believe that congregations are captive to their demographic and cultural environment. However, for the most part, that’s just not true. Other than leadership, characteristics of growing, spiritually vibrant churches are well within a congregation’s control. Openness to change, clarity of purpose, attentiveness to new members and appreciation of volunteers are all teachable values.

Every successful Leader has a “system” - a proven formula or process people can follow to get the results they desire.

4. DISC Communications Training—Participants will master the art of communication. Learn to communicate with different personality and behavior styles and better understand what others really mean through what they say, think and do.

DISC—provides a blueprint for those that want to be far more effective communicating with family, friends, clients or any relationship. Imagine peeking into someone’s head to understand how they think, and then communicating with them in a language they totally understand. That’s what learning the DISC technology will do for you. Training can be customized to suit your schedule and could even take place over the phone.

5. Church, Ministry, Business and Family Strategic Planning - An off-site retreat conducted over a 1 to 3 day period. The retreat focuses on developing the direction for the organization/family, developing a 1, 3, 5, 20 year goals plan. Monthly follow up reviews for the team to hold them accountable and keep them on track to success. Mission - Vision - Values - Purpose Statements to encourage and motivate volunteers, clients employees, and congregations to action.
